NoAds Pop-Up Stopper FAQ

How do I install it?
Go to http://www.southbaypc.com/NoAds/  and click on "Install NOW" and then choose OPEN when the download screen appears. Also, there is installation help on that page.

How do I uninstall it?
The easiest way to uninstall the program is to use the NoAds Uninstaller located in START > PROGRAMS > NoAds > NoAds Uninstaller. If that fails, try going to the Windows Control Panel and choose Add/Remove Programs and uninstall from there.

Where can I get help?
First and foremost, you can get help within the program itself. The help button is located in the lower right hand corner of the program. Secondly, you can get help by visiting http://www.southbaypc.com/NoAds/ and reading the Installation FAQ and their Frequently Asked Questions. Also, you can send a message to their support department on their website. However, please realize that they give this program away for free, so it may  take some time to get a reply. If all else fails, you can call Mikrotec Technical Support and they will attempt to assist you with the program. Please bear in mind that Mikrotec did not write this program, we only suggest it, and our technicians may not be privy to all technical support issues with this program.
